Probably wrong but beyond the obvious growing of breasts and getting himself a real vagina, I'd guess that they'll be something hormonal needed to come into play? His body becoming awash in a sea of estrogen?
Next is probably voice, boobs, vagina, some sort of mental change hopefully not sexuality, idk about a 5th but the last is probably a reality shift to where she was always a girl so when the family visits on Christmas it's as if she was their daughter the whole time. Just my shot in the dark guess.
It is moving along beautifully. You definitely have a flair for fashion. You must have been collection pictures for forever, and setting out the theme. I like it, but I do hope you keep him slim and trim. Maybe going to the gym after the Holidays to work off all of that chocolate. Please no plastic injected bimbo. I hope she stays classy when she gets back to work.
